Eatwell Dish

- Write down a healthy breakfast a healthy lunch, and a healthy dinner.
- Write down what you think you should eat.
- From what you have selected explain why that food is good for your body.
- Put an image in your composition.

  1. Eat Well

    1) Orange juice , toast bread and melon with yogurt.


    2) Ham rolls with cheese, bread with jam and milk.


    3) A turkey and cheese sandwich , fruit and a glass of milk.

    We don´t have to eat a lot of diary products and we have to eat fruits and vegetables.

    The milk is good for the bones.
