The origin, of the "Cookies" 
Where are they from? How do you eat them? What places are traditional? In which celebrations are used to.
Take note in your notebook and make 3 statements with each answer. Work individually

DEVELOPMENT
Research of the ingredients of "Las galletas",
the origin of each of the ingredients.
ngredients for the dough
3 cups of flour (450 gr) (if it is too sticky, you can add 1/2 cup more, at the end)
½ teaspoon of salt (4.7 gr)
1 cup (2 bars) of unsalted butter, at room temperature (200 gr)
1 cup of sugar (240 gr)
1 egg (the people who live in Mexico have reported that they have a little hard, it may be because of the sugar or flour of that country, they can add another egg and they are better off)
2 teaspoons vanilla (10 ml)
Ingredients for the "Icing"
Glaceado or Royal Icing, Royal Glacé
2 egg whites
1 pound of sifted glass sugar (powder) (equivalent to 3 1/2 cups) (440 gr)
1 teaspoon lemon or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla (I prefer lemon) (5 ml)
Drops of water when you want to make the consistency more fluid.

Research About the production of these products today.
Research which cultures make cookies for their celebrations and what ingredients they contain. Research the import and export of these products (ingredients).
Research  the main ingredients of "cookies" in different cultures.
The process identifies the industrial and home process of the "cookies"
Where are the cookies from? What cereal is made?
Which cookies are known as the oldest and in which culture began to be elaborated
Elaborate the history of cookies in different cultures.
