Choose Happiness

By Sonia Kaur

What is your way to be happy?
Have you ever asked this question to yourself?
What answer did you get?
I asked myself one day, then got the answer. There are many ways of staying happy with my own. First of all, I found happiness by helping others, regardless of how helpful it is. I like helping others, especially the poor children. I want to do something for poor children, seeing them I always think that they know they are poor but unaware of what poverty is? You have to find yourself in your own happiness and take that reason as your first goal.
"Most people are about as happy as they make up their minds to be."  - Abraham Lincoln
The happiness that comes in giving can be felt only by giving, you cannot explain that feeling. Whatever you give, it will be doubled. So with such happiness, it increases by giving.
"Happiness is not something ready-made. It comes from your own actions." -Dalai Lama.
